Long-Term Health Includes Correcting Your Posture
One of the biggest stressors in our lives is repetitive use injuries, and this includes how we hold ourselves throughout the day. As chiropractors, we help restore the optimal integrity to the disc, joints, muscles, and ligaments of the spine. Once we are able to promote healing the region, we also try to improve our patients' long-term postural health. This further enables the adjustments to hold in the spine and prevent further exacerbations. In spines that are still growing, this is imperative to help optimal function of their spines for years to come.
Our doctors provide specific exercises for our patients and Dr. Monique White also conducts workshops at the clinic devoted entirely to postural health.

Our doctors provide specific, effective spinal exercises for our patients to do at home and Dr. Monique White often hosts Posture Correction Workshops at the office. The workshops are free of charge and the exercises are modified for all ages and conditions.
The workshops are held Tuesday nights at 7 pm at the office. Our patients and their loved ones are welcome to attend.
