Young Adults: Students and young professionals often seek chiropractic care for a variety of conditions. Recent research continues to show that college students experience increased levels of depression, anxiety and stress1. We strive to help ease the burden through alleviating stress coming from the spine and nervous system.
Our nervous system is responsible for all our perceptions and expressions. It plays an important role in maintaining homeostasis and how our body resonds to adaptations. Our goal is to help you be as healthy as possible.
Postural Strain: Poor posture is all around us when we use our media devices. Over time, this repetitive insult results in neck pain, upper back tension, shoulder pain, and headaches as well as postural imbalances such as anterior head carriage and rounded shoulders. This increases the risk of disc disorders and nerve irritation.
Make some adjustments to improve your spinal health. Chiropractic care helps correct postural changes. As well, try to maintain a neutral spine and good posture when using technology throughout your day.
